Fellowship Program     FELLOWSHIP TALK: in conversation with apexart Executive Director Steven Rand March 11, 2015 Name: Unchalee Anantawat Visiting from: Bangkok, Thailand   Dates of Fellowship: February 11 – March 13, 2015   Recommended by: Logan Bay Artist, curator, and organizer in Bangkok, Thailand   Unchalee Anantawat (Leee) was born in 1982 in Bangkok, Thailand. She has a BA in Graphic Design and studied at RMIT, Australia, for her Master Degree in Animation. After graduating, she spent a few years developing her art practices and making art with Tape Projects Collective. She came back to Bangkok in 2010 and started teaching art for 2 universities. In 2012, Anantawat and her friend Thomas Menard opened Speedy Grandma, a creative space that exhibits works across media and offers visitors the opportunity to have fun with art through their public events.
