Eight individuals per season who have not spent time in NYC
are invited by apexart for a one month period
of intellectual exchange. Participants are over 30 and selected
by invited individuals of note within their own countries.

conferences
"Think-tank" model conferences
addressing cultural hegemony are held approximately every
two years in various cities around the world with participants
from 15 countries at each conference. Prior conferences have
been held in Poland, Brazil and Hawaii. On
Cultural Influence, with 30 essays from these conferences,
was published in 2006. |

Cultural Influence: Collected Papers from apexart International
Conferences 1999-2006. We are currently working on our next
book Playing by the Rules: The Role of Alternative Space. Both
